WinSpirit Terms for Canadian Account Access and Use
Agreement to Use WinSpirit Under These Terms
By using WinSpirit, opening an account, signing in, making a transaction, placing a wager or accessing any connected service, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply together with any product rules, promotional conditions, privacy notices, responsible gambling settings and account instructions made available through the website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use WinSpirit or continue account activity. Continued use after changes are published may be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms apply to users in Canada where access is available and not restricted. Certain products, payment methods, rewards, account tools or service functions may vary depending on location, account status, verification outcome and service availability.
User Eligibility and Canadian Access Conditions
You must meet the legal age requirement that applies in your location and must be allowed to use the service from the place where you access WinSpirit. It is your responsibility to check whether registration, deposits, withdrawals and related activity are permitted under the rules that apply to you.
WinSpirit may refuse registration, limit access or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, where local access is restricted, or where the information provided does not support continued account use.
Website availability does not confirm that every person may use every function. Access may depend on territory, account verification, payment rules, product availability and operational controls.
Account Ownership and Accurate Information
A WinSpirit account must be registered and used only by the person named on the account. You must not create an account for another person, use another person’s identity, share access details, transfer an account or allow someone else to operate your profile.
Information provided during registration, verification, payment activity or support contact must be accurate, current and complete. If your details change, you may be required to update them or provide further confirmation before certain account functions can continue.
Only one account may be permitted per person unless WinSpirit confirms otherwise. Duplicate, linked, false or misleading accounts may be reviewed, restricted or closed, especially where they relate to payment activity, promotions, verification concerns or attempts to bypass restrictions.
WinSpirit Verification and Compliance Reviews
WinSpirit may request documents, information or checks to confirm identity, age, address, account ownership, payment method ownership, source of funds or other details relevant to account use. These checks may occur during registration, before withdrawals, after unusual activity or whenever review is necessary.
If requested information is not provided, cannot be verified or appears inconsistent, WinSpirit may delay transactions, restrict account functions, suspend access or close the account. Withdrawals, bonuses, account updates and continued service use may depend on completion of review.
Verification and account review may involve registration details, transaction records, login activity, technical records, communication history and other relevant information connected to the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Responsibilities
Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods accepted for the account and, where required, held in the name of the registered account holder. Available methods, limits, fees and processing conditions may differ by location, provider, account status and verification result.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before approval. Processing can depend on the chosen method, payment provider, transaction history, technical availability, account checks and whether additional information is needed.
WinSpirit may delay, decline, reverse or review a payment where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised payment use, chargeback activity, incomplete verification, technical error, breach of these Terms or another valid reason. Balances connected to prohibited activity may be adjusted, withheld or otherwise handled in line with applicable rules.
Game Results, Wagers and Technical Records
All game activity, wagers, results, rewards and related transactions are subject to the rules of the relevant product or service. You are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before participating in any activity that may affect your account balance or withdrawal eligibility.
If there is a difference between what appears on screen and verified system records, WinSpirit may rely on server records, game logs, transaction data or other technical records to determine the correct outcome, subject to applicable law and internal review procedures.
Malfunctions, interrupted connections, incorrect displays, software faults, miscalculated results, unauthorised interference or other technical issues may lead to affected activity being corrected, cancelled or reviewed. WinSpirit is not required to recognise results, balances or rewards created by error or improper use.
Conduct That May Restrict a WinSpirit Account
You must use WinSpirit lawfully, honestly and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, identity misuse, account sharing, duplicate account creation, collusion, payment abuse, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, exploitation of errors, promotion abuse, automation, bots, scraping, hacking or interference with website systems.
You must not hide your location, provide misleading information, bypass verification, avoid account restrictions or interfere with responsible gambling measures. You must also not use WinSpirit in a way that harms other users, payment providers, service partners or the operation of the website.
Where prohibited conduct is suspected, WinSpirit may review the account, request further information, suspend withdrawals, cancel affected activity, remove rewards, restrict access or close the account.
Promotions, Rewards and Separate Offer Rules
Promotions, bonuses, rewards or similar offers may be governed by separate terms. These terms may include eligibility requirements, expiry dates, wagering conditions, payment restrictions, product limits, maximum values or other offer-specific rules.
Where separate offer terms apply, they form part of the agreement between you and WinSpirit. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific offer, the offer-specific terms may apply to that promotion unless stated otherwise.
WinSpirit may refuse, amend, cancel or recover a reward where eligibility has not been met, where an offer has been used incorrectly, where a technical or administrative error has occurred, or where account activity indicates misuse.
Responsible Gambling Controls at WinSpirit
Responsible gambling controls may be available depending on account settings, location and service availability. These may include limits, breaks, temporary restrictions, exclusion options or other tools intended to help users manage activity.
If a responsible gambling measure is active, you must not attempt to bypass it by opening another account, using someone else’s details, changing personal information or accessing the service through indirect means. Any attempt to avoid an active restriction may result in account closure and review of related activity.
WinSpirit may take action where account activity raises responsible gambling, security or account protection concerns. This may include limiting access, requesting information, applying controls or directing the user toward available support routes.
Suspension, Closure and Account Review
WinSpirit may suspend, restrict or close an account where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failed verification, payment dispute, underage access, prohibited conduct, security risk, responsible gambling concern, inactivity or another valid operational or legal reason.
You may request account closure where that option is available. Before closure is completed, open transactions, unresolved complaints, verification matters, active restrictions or compliance checks may need to be reviewed.
If an account is restricted or closed, access to balances, pending activity or rewards will depend on the reason for the action, applicable rules and the outcome of review. Certain records may be retained after closure for security, accounting, payment handling, fraud prevention, dispute review or responsible gambling purposes.
Complaints and Review of Account Matters
If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute account activity, you should provide clear and relevant information. This may include dates, account details, transaction references, game activity, communication records or other supporting information where available.
WinSpirit may review the matter using account records, technical logs, payment information, product rules, communication history and the Terms that applied at the time of the activity. Further information may be requested before a matter can be assessed fully.
The outcome of any review will depend on available records, applicable rules and the circumstances of the case. Some matters may require additional time where payment providers, technical records, verification checks or account security reviews are involved.
WinSpirit Materials, Updates and Legal Effect
The WinSpirit name, website content, text, graphics, design, software, systems, logos and related materials are owned by or licensed to WinSpirit or its relevant partners. You receive only a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, exploit or interfere with website materials or systems unless expressly permitted. Unauthorised use may result in account action and other remedies where available.
WinSpirit may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, product availability, technology, security needs, operational requirements or applicable rules. The updated version applies from publication or from any stated effective date.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WinSpirit is not responsible for losses caused by user error, unauthorised account use, technical interruption, third-party delay, payment provider issues, breach of these Terms or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not prevent WinSpirit from enforcing that right later. These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections available to users in Canada.
